Ms. Miller is a senior associate with the firm who began practicing law in 1977, exclusively in litigation. Her extensive experience in complex litigation includes employment and labor law (including Title VII), employee benefits law (ERISA), military criminal law, administrative and administrative procedures law, and constitutional and civil rights law. She has also practiced in Reproductive Rights law.
